I’ve been training with Steve for over two years now and he has had a monumental impact on not only my life but also that of my family. Having been introduced first to the idea of functional fitness and then over time kettle bells, plyometrics and the various other training
methods Steve continues to add to his arsenal, I’ve benefited greatly from being a part of his journey.
My wife and I now train together (when Steve’s not kicking my ass in our PT sessions) using the same techniques and routines he has introduced me to – it gives us 45 minutes a day together that we used to spend apart and the fierce competition is a hell of a lot of fun and great for our relationship.
For that I couldn’t recommend Steve any more highly, both for bloody enjoyable one on one training sessions and also for the wider impact Steve can have on his clients lives!
