I have trained twice a week with Steve for almost a year now. One session a week is a weights session and the other session is a circuit training session with myself and a friend and I have loved every single session!
Steve does an amazing job at tailoring each session to suit me and push me out of my comfort zone. The workouts are fun and exciting with new moves each week.
He has taught me routine and consistency with my training and eating is the key to success. Even when I think I can’t achieve something he’s always pushing me harder and making me surprise myself with my progress to make me realise that I can achieve way more than I ever thought.
I couldn’t recommend Steve highly enough as a personal trainer – the best of the best!
