Easily progressed or regressed as needed, these workouts are suitable for all levels of fitness. Fast paced, challenging and fun, this type of training will improve your strength and conditioning fast! My clients are often surprised at how quickly their athletic ability grows.

In these sessions you can expect to use equipment like kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension trainers etc… plus a range of calisthenic (body weight) movements and you’ll burn calories at an extreme rate.

Sessions may utilize all of the tools mentioned above or only one or two. What is implemented during a session will be what the client needs and nothing they don’t.

If it sounds a bit full on don’t worry, sessions are tailored to each client so the intensity will be relative to the individual.
Remember challenge creates change so get out of your comfort zone, your potential is greater than you know.

To begin 30 minutes will be pleanty of time to get a sweat up and burn on.
