Run by Coach Steve Shannon our workshops provide onsite training for sports teams, gyms, personal trainers, physios and more. Get the best education in a location convenient to you. Kettlebells can be found in gyms everywhere, but the average level of education amongst trainers is surprisingly low. This workshop will set your team apart when they learn the foundations of Hardstyle kettlebell training and the principals of kettlebell flow including... Part 1: Foundations • The anatomy of a kettlebell & the two classes of kettlebell movements. • Tension principles. • The foundations of rotational power. • The “Big 6” foundational movements, from the swing to the Turkish get up. • Progressions and regressions. Part 2: Flow • The benefits of flow. • Accessory movements & hand switches. • Key foundational flows. • How to build complexes & flows based on COMS Fitness primal chaining principles. Workshop run times are approximately 4 hours long and available on Fridays, & weekends only.
